    Only orders that have been damaged in transportation or have problems with the actual design upon arrival will be eligible for refunds or replacements from us. Because orders cannot be changed once placed and because user errors cannot be refunded, please double-check your order before placing
  • How does Klarna work?
    Klarna offers a pay-in-four payment plan, which lets shoppers split their purchase into four equal installments to be paid every two weeks, with the first due at checkout. For example, if your purchase costs $200, you would pay $50 at checkout. The three remaining $50 payments would each be billed to your debit or credit card every two weeks until you’ve paid the full $200. Installments are interest-free, but the company charges a late fee once your payment is 10 days overdue. The late fee is either $7 or 25% of the installment, depending on which is less. After two failed attempts to acquire payment, Klarna will also pause your account, so you can’t continue using the service. There's no penalty for making a payment early or paying off your balance in full before the final due date. Klarna offers other financing options besides its Pay in 4, including an interest-free Pay in 30. With this plan, instead of paying at checkout, shoppers have 30 days after the item ships to pay for their purchase. This plan allows online shoppers to try out items before they have to pay anything, according to the company.
  • My payment method is not working
    Please verify that you are entering all card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes correctly by checking them again. Check your name and billing address on the card. Please contact your bank merchant if this issue continues, or feel free to use one of our other payment alternatives.
  • Where’s my order?
    Unless expedited shipping was selected after checkout, all purchases require a 10-day processing period. After your item is dispatched, please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery. If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 days, please get in touch with us so we can help.
  • Does my order have a tracking number?
    Yes, a tracking number will be given for EVERY order when it ships. Please keep an eye on your email for your tracking number.
  • Incorrect address?
    If your order was submitted with an inaccurate shipping address, please drop us a note in the chat box or send us an email with your correct address right once. Orders that have already been sent cannot be modified or canceled. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Do you ship worldwide?

  • How can I upload my artwork?
    By clicking "request a quote," you can upload your artwork to the Wrap department or the Your Decal and Gift department. Please feel free to email it to us with your details at vinylsandcreations@gmail.com if for some reason your upload is not working.
  • How is the Stickers quality?
    Our stickers are created with premium outdoor vinyl that is designed to last 5+ Years and endure all types of weather. They are durable, UV-resistant, and waterproof. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the order's quality.
  • How can I receive a proof?
    Please put a "send proof" remark in the "add to notes" tab of your cart if you would want a proof before this item is created.
  • Can I add a gift message?
    Yes, you may do that by going to "add a note" in your cart, typing "Gift Message," and then adding your message below.
